"It simply is the best apartment community in Rockford. And I say community because that is exactly what it is. It's safe, very well maintained, the maintenance as of May 2020, is the best it ever has been. The current manager and assistant manager go above and beyond in order to keep this community and it's residents safe, and satisfied in all aspects. They just installed a dog park, the pool is always clean and well maintained. They are handling the current pandemic implementations with respect and making everything as easy on the residents as they can.
